Mabel Liang is a recruiter-turned-community builder with over a decade of experience across fast-growing startups and global brands. After spending years helping companies scale teams, she saw a growing gap: plenty of new hiring technology, but very few spaces to talk honestly about how to use it well.

She founded Talent AI Lounge to bring Talent and HR leaders together to explore AI in a way that's practical, thoughtful, and human-first — through conversation, shared learning, and community.
